Shipping policy

★ We ship via USPS flat rate and first class. Shipping from Alaska is approximately 3-5 business days. Please contact us if a different shipping method is needed for your order.
★ We don't guarantee shipping arrival dates but if you don't see your order within 2 weeks of estimated arrival date, reach out and we'd be happy to help!  Please note that we are not able to refund orders that don't arrive by a target date or the estimated arrival date. 
★ No refunds or exchanges.  Once an order is placed, we are not able to make modifications to the order.
